Erica Kane ~ Susan Lucci

All of America stood and cheered when Susan Lucci won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in May of 1999. It was a historic moment not only for Susan Lucci, but for all of television. For 30 years audiences have been held spellbound by the sexy, sassy, beautiful "woman you love to hate" - Erica Kane. TV Guide calls her "unequivocally the most famous soap opera character in the history of daytime TV." Soap Opera Digest says her "character is larger than life." Susan Lucci, the actress who has made scheming temptress a household name, claims, "Erica is probably the best part ever written for a woman."

Mateo Santos ~ Mark Consuelos
Mark Consuelos joined the cast of All My Children in February 1995 as the middle child, and only son of the Santos family. Hayley Vaughan and Mateo's long-awaited reunion was finally accomplished in front of family and friends, as the couple made their third trip down the aisle in June 2000. Will Hayley's mother Arlene and father Adam threaten to break up their wedded bliss?

Greenlee Smythe ~ Rebecca Budig
Rebecca Budig joined the cast of All My Children in August of 1999, creating the role of Greenlee Smythe. Since her arrival in town, Greenlee has been busy living by her own set of rules and making plenty of trouble in the process.

Ryan Lavery ~ Cameron Mathison
Cameron Mathison joined the cast of All My Children in January 1998 as Ryan Lavery. While he struggles with his undying love for ex-wife Gillian, Ryan has to make the ultimate decision of moving on with his life, or waiting for his true love. Will Ryan and Gillian ever find lasting happiness together?

Eden Riegel ~ Bianca Montgomery
Eden Riegel joined the cast of All My Children in the coveted role of Bianca Montgomery in July 2000. Growing up with a beautiful, powerful and world-famous mother is no easy task, especially when that mother is Erica Kane. A battle with anorexia now safely behind her, Bianca's main concern is to explore her individuality and maintain her independence.

Hayley Santos ~ Kelly Ripa
Kelly Ripa joined the popular ABC Television Network daytime drama, All My Children, in the role of Hayley Vaughan, in November 1990. In May 2000, Hayley finally married her long-time love, Mateo Santos, in a beautiful ceremony that was not without surprises. The only thing that stands in the couple's way is the destructive path of Hayley's mother Arlene.

Anna Devane ~ Finola Hughes
Emmy Award-winning actress Finola Hughes made her return to daytime in July of 1999, portraying Alexandra Devane on All My Children. In February 2001, Alexandra's twin sister Anna Devane was discovered alive. Bringing Anna to Pine Valley meant bringing danger and death. Separated once again, will Anna be able to start over and regain the life she once new?

Dr. David Hayward ~ Vincent Irizarry
Vincent Irizarry first joined the cast of All My Children in November of 1997, in the short-term contract role of the manipulative and menacing Dr. David Hayward. Due to his incredible popularity, Dr. David Hayward returned to Pine Valley in June of 1998 in this contract role. While in town, the doctor has been practicing his bedside manner on the dynamic Erica Kane.

Edmund Grey ~ John Callahan
John Callahan joined All My Children in April 1992 in the role of Edmund Grey, a dashing, world-renowned reporter. His work in this role has earned him a Soap Opera Award nomination for Best Actor in 1996, as well as a win for the Soap Opera Award for Best Actor in 1997.

Leo du Pres ~ Joah Duhamel
Newcomer Josh Duhamel joined the cast of All My Children in November 1999 as Leo du Pres, a young, charismatic player who believes in breaking all of the rules.

Vanessa Cortlandt ~ Marj Dusay
Emmy Award-nominated Marj Dusay joined the cast of All My Children in the role of Vanessa Bennett in February 1999. What was originally supposed to be a three-month stint turned into a contract role for Ms. Dusay due to the incredible audience reaction to her portrayal of Dr. David Hayward's "Mother From Hell."

Adam or Stuart Chandler ~ David Canary
Four-time Emmy Award-winning actor David Canary, who began his career on the Broadway stage and in Hollywood film and television productions, joined the cast of All My Children in 1983 as the powerful and mercurial Adam Chandler as well as Adam's shy, gentle twin, Stuart.

Brooke English ~ Julia Barr
Emmy Award-winning actress Julia Barr joined the cast of All My Children in 1976 as impetuous teenager Brooke English, the spoiled, rich niece of Phoebe Tyler. Over the years, Brooke has survived her share of trials and tribulations, emerging as a true — and beloved — soap opera heroine.

Tad Martin ~ Michael E. Knight
Two-time Emmy Award-winner Michael E. Knight returned to All My Children in December 1992 as the irrepressible Tad Martin.

Just prior to rejoining the cast of All My Children, Michael starred in the play, Run for Your Wife, on the Los Angeles stage; he completed a lead role in the Columbia Pictures feature film, Hexed; and has guest-starred in a variety of primetime series, including Murder, She Wrote, Dear John and Grapevine. Michael co-starred in the off-Broadway play, Wrong Turn at Lungfish. He appeared in the ABC movie for television, She Stood Alone: The Tailhook Scandal, and off-Broadway with Linda Lavin in Cakewalk.
